PAYMENT

We accept payment in US Dollars only.  Acceptable payment methods include cashier’s checks, personal checks (local DFW Texas only), Cash (pre-approved only), and paypal Credit Card processed payments.  Orders are processed upon receipt of the purchase price.  For personal checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. A $30 fee on all returned checks will be applied. 

INCOMPLETE ORDERS

If your order is incomplete, your payment has not been received, or have a question concerning your product, your order will be updated to "on hold" status until we collect/confirm all the necessary information we need by email.  Unfortunately, this can often delay turnaround time.  In order to continue serving our customers efficently, if we do not hear back from you in a timely manner, your order will be canceled. If you have already supplied payment, a refund will be extended to you.

SALES TAX

We automatically add and withhold the applicable 8.25% Texas sales tax. For all non-texas shipping addresses,  you are solely responsible for any additional state or federal sales purchase taxes.

We take pride in the quality of our products and take the time to make most of our items by hand.  The process times vary depending on the product you order.

• Stationery, Notepads, and Labels - about 5-7 business days from start to finish, plus shipping time from Dallas, Texas.
• Wedding Invitations - about 2-3 weeks from completion of design, plus shipping time from Dallas, Texas.
• Business Printing - about 2-4 weeks from completeion of design, plus shipping time from Dallas, Texas.

RETURNS

We want you to be as delighted in your purchases as we are in making them for you.  If we've made an error on your order, just let us know; we'd be happy to make it right as quickly as possible.  Please keep in mind that all customized products are made-to-order -- specifically for you -- from scratch; therefore, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.  Canceled, refused or returned orders that have been printed are subject to a 15% service fee, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

We copy and paste personalization direct from each order to help prevent spelling errors.  It is very important to type the personalization correctly and double-check all spelling before placing an order.  The Blue Door Paperie™ cannot be held responsible if the order information provided is incorrect.  However, if we have made an error, we will promptly reprint the item and ship it to you at no charge.

Approved refunds are credited in the form in which payment was made, and can take up to 2 business days to process.
