We take pride in the quality of our products and take the time to make most of our items by hand. There are 2 things that make up the turnaround time of our products: Processing and Shipping.

Processing Time + Shipping Time = The time it takes to receive your order.

PROCESSING TIME:

Processing times vary depending on the product you order. (Quicker turnaround times are available - see ORDER RUSH section below.)

• All regular Inventory Stationery (Cards, Notepads, Labels, Party, Holiday, Photo, Postcards, and Graduation) - 5-7 business days (plus shipping time from Dallas, Texas)
• Wedding Invitations and Postcards - 2-3 weeks* (plus shipping time from Dallas, Texas)
• Business Printing - 2-4 weeks* (plus shipping time from Dallas, Texas)
• Custom Stamps - 2-3 weeks (plus shipping time from Dallas, Texas)
• Custom Design Printing and Graphic Design - 2-4 weeks* (plus shipping time from Dallas, Texas)
• BULK orders (Envelopes, Postcards, and Custom Orders) - 5-7 business days (plus shipping time from Dallas, Texas)

*Including design approval via email. Delayed design approval will increase processing time.

SHIPPING TIME:

We are proud to ship with the the United States Postal Service ® from Dallas, Texas.  Because we ship via USPS ® Priority for all orders, your shipping time is always 2-3 days! Tracking and insurance are not provided* for USPS ® Priority shipping, and the Blue Door Paperie^TM is not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen shipments.  All orders (regardless of shipping service selected) are processed as quickly as possible**.

Shipping & Handling Fees are accesed based on the contents of each order. We are proud to offer FREE standard shipping in the United States with any $50 purchase. (Voucher code is necessary. Enter "shipfreetome" during checkout to redeem. Offer is valid on bluedoorpaperie.com inventory merchandise, and is for standard shipping in the United States only. Express or Overnight Shipping and Corporate Design Handling fees still apply.)

Corporate Design Handling Fee: A $5 handling fee will be accessed to all Corporate Design Product orders over $50.00.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & RUSH SHIPPING OPTIONS:

*Delivery Confirmation (Select during checkout): Delivery Confirmation service tracks your package and gives you the date, ZIP Code, and time your package was delivered. Tracking numbers will be sent in the final order update via email, and will also be accessible by logging on to the Order Tracking page. Use http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm for real-time USPS updates.

**Order RUSH - Not available for all products (Select during checkout): This option shortens the regular processing time to 2-3 days + shipping time from Dallas, TX. Processing begins AFTER all designs have been approved. We are not always able to accommodate RUSH printing due to the complexity of the printing and custom design processes, and we will notify you within 2 business days if your order cannot be rushed. Prices vary depending on the size of the order, and are subject to change during seasonal peak times.

Custom stamps are made by hand, so adding a RUSH to this product will shorten the delivery time only: from 3 weeks to 8-9 business days.

RETURNS:

We want you to be as delighted in your purchases as we are in making them for you.  If we've made an error on your order, just let us know; we'd be happy to make it right as quickly as possible.  Please keep in mind that all customized products are made-to-order -- specifically for you -- from scratch; therefore, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.  Canceled, refused or returned orders that have been printed are subject to a 15% service fee, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

We copy and paste personalization direct from each order to help prevent spelling errors.  It is very important to type the personalization correctly and double-check all spelling before placing an order.  The Blue Door Paperie™ cannot be held responsible if the order information provided is incorrect.  However, if we have made an error, we will promptly reprint the item and ship it to you at no charge. 

Refunds are credited in the form in which payment was made, and can take up to 2 business days to process.
